Hiring Customer Care Associate For Voice Process | CTC upto 18K

Globiva is actively hiring Customer Support Executives for a top-tier beauty and lifestyle e-commerce process in Gurugram.

Key Responsibilities:

Handling inbound queries, solving customer issues, and providing accurate solutions on call or chat regarding orders and products.

Deliver an exceptional customer experience by maintaining a professional tone.

Meet all performance metrics, including Average Handling Time (AHT) and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT).

Candidate Requirements

Experience: Only experienced candidates with a minimum of 6 months in a Voice/Customer Support role will be considered (Freshers are strictly not allowed).

Communication: Candidates must possess strict V4-level communication skills with flawless verbal English.

Working Hours: Comfortable working in rotational shifts within an 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM window.

Schedule: 6-day working model with 1 rotational week off.
