Head of Finance

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage cash flow, investments, and financial planning to ensure the organization's financial health.
• Lead the asset reconstruction process, ensuring effective management of distressed assets and maximizing recovery.

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, and maintain relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
