Customer Service/Customer Support - Internship (Part Time)

About the internship:Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handle client inquiries and follow-ups, and convert leads into consultations and bookings

2. Communicate with clients and students, understand their requirements, and guide them appropriately

3. Support students with their queries, schedules, and overall experience

4. Manage day-to-day studio tasks, including appointments, schedules, and coordination, to keep everything organized

5. Assist with social media content ideas, basic research, trend tracking, and analytics

6. Help with photography and videography at the studio, including capturing the founder, procedures, content, and studio activities

7. Coordinate shoots and training sessions, including models, outfits, makeup artists, and other requirements

8. Research trends, competitors, models, artists, outfits, content ideas, and other resources when required

9. Be hands-on with studio tasks and help maintain a clean, organized, and professional environment

10.
