Mortgage Loan Sales Executive

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Mortgage Loan Sales Executive to join our team in Karnataka and Tamil Nadu. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling various mortgage loan products, including home loans, loans against property, and housing finance solutions. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, and providing tailored solutions to help them achieve their home financing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' financial situations to recommend appropriate mortgage products.
• Provide detailed information about loan products, terms, and conditions to clients.
• Assist clients in completing loan applications and gathering necessary documentation.
• Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the loan process to ensure a smooth experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate loan approvals and disbursements.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to effectively position our products.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the mortgage division.
