About the Role

We are looking for an organised and responsible HR & People Operations Intern to support hiring and day-to-day team operations.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can communicate professionally, follow up consistently and keep hiring and team-related work properly organised.

Responsibilities

Post job openings on relevant hiring platforms

Screen applications and shortlist suitable candidates

Coordinate interviews, assignments and follow-ups

Communicate with candidates through calls, WhatsApp and email

Maintain accurate candidate and hiring trackers

Collect onboarding documents from selected candidates

Support employee onboarding and offboarding

Maintain attendance, leave and basic team records

Follow up on meetings, updates and pending team actions

Support regular team check-ins and internal coordination

Prepare simple weekly hiring and team reports

Protect confidential candidate and employee information

Requirements

Must be a graduate

Candidates currently attending school or college are not eligible

Must be available six days a week

Strong written and verbal communication

Comfortable using Google Sheets, Google Docs, email and WhatsApp

Organised and consistent with follow-ups

Able to handle confidential information responsibly

Comfortable working in a fast-moving parenting startup

Prior experience in HR, recruitment or operations is preferred but not compulsory

Candidate records remain accurate and updated

Interviews and follow-ups happen on time

Candidates receive clear and professional communication

Onboarding documents and team records remain organised

Routine coordination happens without repeated reminders

Private candidate and employee information remains protected
