Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Accounts Executive with 8-10years of experience in accounting and finance, specifically within the Real Estate or Construction industry. The ideal candidate must have handson experience in RERA accounting and compliance, along with strong knowledge of GST, TDS, statutory compliance, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger.

Handle RERA accounting, projectwise bookkeeping, and ensure compliance with RERA regulations.

Prepare and maintain projectwise financial statements and cost reports.

Manage GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and other statutory compliances.

Reconcile bank accounts, vendor accounts, and customer ledgers.

Prepare monthly MIS reports, cash flow statements, and financial reports for management.

Coordinate with auditors during statutory, internal, and tax audits.

Process vendor payments and monitor receivables.

Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing activities.

Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

Mandatory Requirements

Accounting experience in the Real Estate or Construction industry.

Handson experience in RERA accounting and compliance is mandatory.

Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliances.

Experience in project accounting and cost tracking.

Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software.

Good understanding of financial reporting and reconciliations.

Strong analytical, communication, and problemsolving skills .
