Designer cum Digital Marketing Specialist

Avishkaram Technologies is looking for a creative and results-driven Designer cum Digital Marketing Specialist who can manage both creative design and digital marketing activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in graphic design, video editing, social media marketing, and paid advertising.

Key Responsibilities

Create engaging graphics, social media creatives, presentations, banners, and marketing collateral.

Edit short-form videos, reels, promotional videos, and other digital content.

Plan and execute campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

Manage and grow the company's social media presence across relevant platforms.

Develop content and creatives aligned with brand and marketing objectives.

Monitor campaign performance, analyse metrics, and optimise campaigns for better ROI and lead generation.

Conduct basic market, audience, and competitor research.

Work closely with the Business Development and management teams to support lead-generation and brand-building initiatives.

Requirements

2–5 years of relevant experience in graphic design and digital marketing.

Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

Hands-on experience with video editing and social media content creation.

Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.

Good understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing metrics, and lead-generation campaigns.

Strong creative sense with attention to detail.

Good communication skills and ability to work independently.
