We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team in Holiday N Holiday Beach Resort & Spa, Havelock, Port Blair. The right candidate will have 2 to 4 years of culinary experience and a passion for creating exceptional dishes.Key Responsibilities:- Menu Planning: Design and create unique menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.- Kitchen Management: Supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations and high food quality. Train team members to uphold our culinary standards.- Food Preparation: Oversee the preparation and cooking of meals, ensuring all dishes meet taste and presentation standards.- Inventory Control: Manage kitchen inventory, order supplies, and minimize waste to maintain cost efficiency.- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.Required Skills and Expectations:The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong leadership and communication abilities to manage a diverse team.
