Collaborate with developers, product, and business teams to deliver features on time and maintain high-quality standards.

Participate in code reviews, debugging, testing, and technical discussions to continuously improve code quality.

Troubleshoot application issues, identify root causes, and implement reliable solutions.

Contribute to the development of AI-powered features, including Voice AI, WhatsApp AI, automation, and intelligent customer engagement workflows.

Work with APIs, databases, third-party integrations, and modern web technologies to build scalable product features.

Stay updated with the latest developments in AI, web development, software engineering, and developer tools, and bring innovative ideas to the team.

What We're Looking For

Strong fundamentals in Python and JavaScript

Good understanding of React.js

Basic understanding of REST APIs and backend development

Familiarity with Git/GitHub

Understanding of databases such as MongoDB or SQL is a plus

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
