About the internship:Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Plan and coordinate daily dispatches and deliveries with warehouse teams, courier services, and transport partners.

2. Maintain records of inward and outward stock, including batch numbers and expiry dates, and follow the First-Expiry-First-Out (FEFO) method.

3. Track inventory across warehouses, third-party logistics (3PL) providers, Amazon FBA, and quick-commerce platforms, and flag potential stock-outs early.

4. Raise purchase orders with the factory and follow up on production schedules and dispatch commitments.

5. Verify incoming materials against purchase orders, including quantities, batch numbers, manufacturing and expiry dates, invoices, and e-way bills.

6. Prepare marketplace inbound shipments, including labelling, FNSKU barcoding, carton marking, and delivery appointments.

7. Conduct periodic stock counts, reconcile physical inventory with system records, and report discrepancies.

8.
