Agency Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Agency Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding our agency sales channel, focusing on various financial products including loans, CASA, insurance, and credit cards. This role requires a dynamic individual who can effectively engage with field officers and drive sales performance through strategic planning and execution. Key responsibilities include developing sales strategies, training and mentoring agency staff, and ensuring that sales targets are met. The Agency Sales Manager will also be tasked with building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to enhance our market presence. Required skills for this position include a strong background in agency sales, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
