About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and self-motivated Pre-Sales & Lead Generation Executive to help us acquire clients for Web Development, E-commerce, and Software solutions. You will be responsible for finding potential business owners using platforms like Google Business Profiles, LinkedIn, and Direct Outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and research potential business clients via Google Business Profiles, LinkedIn, Cold Outreach, and Online Directories.

Reach out to business owners, understand their website/digital requirements, and pitch our IT services.

Schedule discovery calls/meetings between qualified leads and our technical team.

Maintain a clean record of leads, responses, and follow-ups in Google Sheets/CRM.

What We Offer & Compensation Structure:

High Commission + Performance Bonus in Month 1 | Fixed Stipend from Month 2.

1st Month (Evaluation Period): 100% Performance-Based Commission (High payout of 15% – 20% on every closed project. Potential to earn ₹15,000–₹30,000+ based on deals).

2nd Month Onwards: Based on 1st month’s performance and lead conversion, you will be shifted to a Fixed Monthly Stipend + Commission Model.

Work Mode: Work From Home / Remote (Flexible hours).

Growth: Full guidance, proposal templates, and support will be provided. Offer Letter & Experience Certificate included.

Requirements:

Good verbal communication skills.

Basic understanding of LinkedIn research, Google Search/Business listings, and social outreach.

Must have a smartphone/laptop and a stable internet connection.

Target-driven mindset with a desire to build a career in IT Sales.
