GTM & Growth Associate

We are looking for a sharp, execution-focused GTM generalist who can take ideas from 0 → 1 and help us grow.

This is a broad GTM role covering marketing, SEO, content, creatives, distribution, experiments, and growth. You should be comfortable figuring things out yourself, shipping quickly, and using AI heavily in your workflow.

You will work closely with the founding team and have significant ownership over how we take the product to market.

What you'll do

Own and execute GTM initiatives across multiple channels

Build and execute SEO strategies to drive organic acquisition

Create and manage content across LinkedIn, X, Reddit, blogs, communities, and other relevant channels

Develop creative campaigns, hooks, landing pages, and growth experiments

Identify new distribution channels and test them quickly

Research competitors, users, markets, and emerging growth opportunities

Work with product and design to improve positioning, messaging, and conversion

Measure what is working and continuously iterate based on data

Use AI tools extensively for research, content, analysis, automation, and execution

Find unconventional growth opportunities instead of relying only on traditional marketing playbooks

What we're looking for

1–3 years of experience in GTM, growth, marketing, product marketing, or a similar role

Strong understanding of SEO, content, distribution, and growth

Someone who can both think strategically and execute independently

Strong writing and communication skills

Comfortable experimenting across different channels

High curiosity and ability to learn quickly

Strong understanding of AI tools and how to use them to multiply output

Comfortable working in an ambiguous startup environment
