Project Manager - Hotel Projects

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all phases of project development, from initial planning through to execution and completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage hotel construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and contractors to develop project plans and specifications.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess project status and address any issues that arise.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and subcontractors, to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and present project reports, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
