Sales Executive

Communicate with customers through phone and WhatsApp. Understand customer requirements and explain suitable wellness services and supplements. Follow up with leads and existing customers. Convert qualified leads into customers through effective communication. Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales in the CRM. Build strong customer relationships through regular follow-up and support. Achieve monthly sales targets. Coordinate with operations and support teams for smooth customer onboarding and order processing. Handle day-to-day office administrative activities. Maintain and update records, files, and documentation. Manage basic data entry and prepare reports using MS Excel. Maintain employee and operational records. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth daily operations. Handle WhatsApp, email, and other office communication. Support hiring and employee retention activities. Assist with order coordination and dispatch follow-ups. Support recruitment activities, including candidate coordination and interview scheduling. Ensure smooth functioning of routine office activities.
