About the job:We are looking for 2 exceptional college students to join our U.S. recruiting research team. This is not a traditional recruiting role. We are looking for highly analytical, curious, and technically minded students who enjoy researching, finding patterns, and solving problems.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Understand technical job requirements and identify relevant keywords.

2. Conduct LinkedIn research and data-driven candidate sourcing using Boolean search.

3. Investigate candidate profiles to question information and verify if they are genuinely qualified.

4. Maintain, organize, and analyze candidate data using Google Sheets/Excel.

5.
