Job Summary

The Relationship Manager will be responsible for driving home loan sales through a network of Direct Sales Agents (DSAs), onboarding new DSAs, supporting their performance, and ensuring smooth loan processing and disbursement.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve home loan sales targets through the DSA network.

Identify and onboard new DSAs to expand the sales network.

Generate leads and convert them into home loan business.

Guide and train DSAs on sales techniques and product offerings.

Build strong relationships with home loan customers.

Coordinate with processing and credit teams for smooth loan approval and disbursement.

Support DSAs in documentation and application processing.

Ensure applications are complete and compliant with company policies.

Track DSA and sales performance and maintain CRM records.

Stay updated on home loan products, interest rates, competitors, and market trends.

Skills & Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline.

23 years of experience in Home Loan Sales.

Experience managing DSAs/sales teams will be an added advantage.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Good knowledge of home loan products and the loan process.

Ability to mentor and support sales agents.

Familiarity with MS Office, CRM tools, and loan processing software.
