Accountant

Job Title: Accountant Company: UFT (Facility Management Company) Location: Sector 132, Noida Employment Type: Full-Time (9:30am to 6:30pm), 6days working Sunday off About Us UFT is a growing facility management company providing integrated services including housekeeping, maintenance, security, and technical support to commercial and residential clients. We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage our financial operations and support business growth. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and accounts Handle accounts payable and receivable processes Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Manage invoicing, billing, and client/vendor payments Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow Ensure compliance with tax regulations, GST filings, and statutory requirements Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities Process payroll and manage employee reimbursements Coordinate with auditors and support audits Maintain documentation and financial controls Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 1–5 years of accounting experience (preferably in facility management or service industry) Strong knowledge of accounting principles and GST compliance Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) and MS Excel Good analytical and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and high level of accuracy Strong organizational and time management skills
