Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair electronic circuits, PCBs, control boards, and power supply units. Troubleshoot electronic faults in Jacquard machines and identify the root cause of failures. Perform PCB-level repair, including component testing, replacement, soldering, and circuit tracing. Test and repair electronic components such as ICs, resistors, capacitors, diodes, transistors, relays, sensors, and connectors. Handle testing and maintenance of machine control cards, driver boards, interface boards, and other electronic modules. Use electronic testing equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, and other diagnostic tools. Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of Jacquard machine electronics. Attend customer/service-site complaints and provide technical support for machine-related electronic problems. Perform installation, commissioning, inspection, and servicing of Jacquard machine electronic systems. Coordinate with customers and technical teams to resolve machine faults and minimize downtime. Maintain service reports, repair records, spare-parts records, and machine maintenance documentation. Required Technical Skills Good knowledge of basic electronics. PCB troubleshooting and component-level repair. Knowledge of analog and digital circuits. Understanding of power supply circuits, control circuits, sensors, and electronic drivers. Ability to read and understand circuit diagrams and PCB layouts. Knowledge of soldering, desoldering, component replacement, and PCB testing. Basic knowledge of motors, relays, solenoids, encoders, and machine sensors. Practical knowledge of Jacquard machine electronic control systems. Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel to customer sites for installation and service work.
