Media Buyer (Affiliate Marketing)

About the Role:

Affalliances is looking for a performance-driven Media Buyer to plan, execute, and scale user acquisition campaigns across leading DSPs, ad networks, and programmatic platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical mindset and a proven ability to drive profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Launch, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across multiple paid media channels.

Monitor budgets, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and campaign performance to maximize ROAS.

Analyze campaign data and implement optimization strategies to improve conversions and profitability.

Collaborate with affiliate managers and account teams to achieve advertiser KPIs.

Test new traffic sources, creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies.

Prepare performance reports and share actionable insights.

Requirements:

2–4 years of experience in media buying, preferably in affiliate or performance marketing.

Hands-on experience with platforms such as Google Ads, DV360, Moloco, The Trade Desk, or similar performance-focused DSPs.

Strong understanding of CPC, CPM, CPA, CPI, ROAS, attribution, and campaign optimization.

Experience with tracking platforms such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, or similar attribution tools.

Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to campaign optimization.

Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets in a fast-paced environment.
