About the job:1. Design new-age educational books, workbooks, activity books and innovative learning resources.

2. Create the visual language for new-age education through illustrations, infographics, visual storytelling and interactive learning elements.

3. Conceptualise and design educational board games, card games, puzzles, activity kits and game-based learning products.

4. Work on recreational games and creative products beyond education that entertain, challenge and engage young minds.

5. Design creative and functional packaging for books, games, kits and other physical products.

6. Take products from initial concept and rough sketches to complete, polished and production-ready designs.

7. Develop strong visual systems using typography, colours, icons, characters, illustrations and information design.

8. Design for different age groups while keeping products modern, engaging and age-appropriate without making them overly childish.

9. Experiment with AI and emerging creative tools for ideation, illustrations, visual exploration and faster design workflows.

10. Maintain serious design standards across typography, grids, spacing, hierarchy, colour accuracy, image quality and print production.

11. Work closely with content, product and production teams to transform ideas into real-world educational and creative products.

12.
