E-Commerce - Internship

About the internship:Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Upload and update product listings across Amazon, Flipkart, and the company website, including images and competitive pricing.

2. Conduct keyword research and draft listing copy using AI tools; optimize titles, bullet points, and backend keywords.

3. Perform daily checks on orders, stock, suppressed listings, pricing, Buy Box status, ratings, and reviews.

4. Help set up offers, coupons, and festive or campaign promotions.

5. Support marketplace advertising through keyword lists, negative keywords, and basic bid adjustments.

6. Maintain Excel or Google Sheets trackers for daily sales, ad spend, returns, and stock coverage.

7. Write creative briefs for the design team and review creatives before publication.

8. Follow up on customer queries, reviews, and returns.

9.
