Supervisor

Oversee daily shift production schedules to meet volume, quality, and deadline targets. Monitor floor operations, assembly lines, and machinery performance to minimize downtime. Allocate work assignments and optimize labor utilization across shift operations. Identify and troubleshoot bottlenecks or operational delays in real time. Ensure manufactured goods comply with quality standards and customer specifications. Conduct regular line inspections and manage non-conforming or defective output. Maintain accurate production, output, scrap, and attendance logs. Coordinate with maintenance teams for planned and corrective machine repairs. Communicate shift status, material shortages, and operational issues to plant management.
