is looking for a

Virtual Reality (VR) & Augmented Reality (AR) Developer

to create interactive applications for workplace safety, training and real-world simulations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop immersive VR training scenarios and AR applications.

Build interactive safety simulations, including hazard identification, equipment operation and emergency response.

Integrate 3D models, animations, spatial audio and user interactions.

Connect applications with backend APIs and learning platforms.

Implement assessment scoring, user progress tracking and training reports.

Test and optimise applications for performance, usability and user comfort.

Skills & Requirements

Hands-on experience with

Unity and C#

.

Experience developing for VR headsets or mobile AR.

Familiarity with

OpenXR, XR Interaction Toolkit, AR Foundation, ARCore or ARKit

, depending on the project.

Understanding of 3D environments, physics, animation and interaction design.

Experience with REST APIs, Git and debugging.

A portfolio showcasing working VR/AR projects.

Added Advantage

Experience with Meta Quest devices.

Knowledge of Blender, Unreal Engine or WebXR.

Experience creating industrial simulations or safety training applications.

Familiarity with LMS integration and learning analytics.
