Position Details:

Role: US Payroll Operations

Experience: 1 Year 3 Years

Location: Viman Nagar, Pune | Work From Office

Work Hours: 7:00 PM 4:00 AM IST

Working Days: Monday Friday

Preferred Location: Pune / Maharashtra

What Youll Be Doing:

Set up new employees in the payroll system.Collect, maintain, and consolidate employee timesheets.Process payroll accurately according to the payroll calendar.Prepare payroll reports for management review.Respond to employee payroll-related queries.Ensure accuracy and timely completion of payroll activities.

What Were Looking For:

1 year 3 years of experience in US Payroll.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.Working knowledge of MS Excel.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Comfortable working in US time zones and handling payroll in a live environment.Candidates from Pune/Maharashtra preferred.
