Senior Solution Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Solution Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and implementing robust solutions using Java and microservices architecture. As a Senior Solution Architect, you will play a critical role in shaping the technical direction of our projects, ensuring that our solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and architecture of complex solutions, leveraging Java and microservices to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement architectural standards and best practices.
• Oversee the integration of cloud technologies, particularly Google Cloud Platform (GCP), into our solutions.
• Ensure architectural governance and compliance with industry standards, including TOGAF.
• Work closely with stakeholders in the commercial banking and lending sectors to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Mentor and guide junior architects and developers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Required Skills:

• Strong expertise in Java and microservices architecture.
• Proficiency in cloud technologies, especially GCP.
• Experience with solution architecture and architectural governance.
• Familiarity with API gateways and their implementation.
• Knowledge of TOGAF and its application in enterprise architecture.
• Understanding of commercial banking and lending processes.
