Job Description – HR Recruiter Company Name: The Trend Research Firm Position: HR Recruiter Location: Belapur, Sector 11, Near Railway Station Working Hours: 8:45 AM to 6:00 PM Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month Experience: Minimum 6 months of recruitment experience Gender Preference: Female candidates preferred Age Criteria: 20–28 years Job ResponsibilitiesSource candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other recruitment channels. Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates according to job requirements. Conduct initial telephonic interviews and schedule interviews with the concerned departments. Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment and selection process. Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to joining. Follow up with selected candidates to ensure timely joining. Maintain candidate databases and daily recruitment reports. Handle onboarding formalities and documentation. Achieve daily and monthly hiring targets. Required SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of recruitment and sourcing techniques. Ability to handle multiple job openings simultaneously. Good convincing and negotiation skills. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel. Target-oriented approach and a positive attitude.
