Walk-in || Customer Support Associate

Job Description

Handle customer inquiries through chat and email in a timely and professional manner.

Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, providing clear and accurate solutions.

Deliver high-quality customer support while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the relevant internal teams when necessary.

Provide precise and up-to-date information about products and services.

Required Candidate Profile

Ability to manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously. Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal). Willingness to work from the office environment.

Typing speed of 25-30 words per minute.

Familiarity with chat/support software is an added advantage. Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 10 day preferred.

Flexibility to work in rotational night shifts.
