MSc / PhD / Post-Doctoral in Polymer Chemistry

710 years of experience in a CRO or industrial R&D environment

Strong expertise in polymer synthesis, polymerization processes, and analytical tools (GPC/SEC, DSC, TGA, FTIR, NMR)

Ability to design, execute, and troubleshoot experiments independently

Experience in process optimization and scale-up activities

Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of scientists

Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills

Compensation: From 800,000.00 per year
