This is a phone job, in the room with the founders. You'll spend your day on calls with customers in their language, owning orders end to end. First in, last out. If you want work-life balance, this isn't it, and that's just honest. We want people who are hungry, who figure things out without a playbook, and who get things done.

THE MOST IMPORTANT THING: LANGUAGE

You must speak Marathi, Bengali, or Kannada fluently and naturally. This is non-negotiable. Every day is customer calls: updating them, managing expectations, calming frustration, and getting the information you need to move an order forward. If you can't win a customer over on the phone in their own language, nothing else matters.

WHAT LANDEED DOES

We help customers get their government land and property records across India. It's hard, unglamorous work, and doing hard things well is the point.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Talk to customers on the phone. This is the heart of the role. Call customers regularly to keep them updated, especially when there's a delay. No customer should be left wondering about their order.

Own your orders start to finish. Every order is yours to see through, from the day it comes in to the day it's done.

Keep every order on time. Stay on top of what's due and what's at risk, and act early so orders finish within the promised timeline.

Solve problems quickly. When an order gets stuck, find a way to move it forward instead of letting it sit.

Coordinate to get it done. Work with the right people, set a realistic timeline, and follow up until it's complete.

Come with suggestions, not just issues. If something isn't working, bring an idea for the fix.

YOU MUST HAVE

Fluent, confident spoken Marathi, Bengali, or Kannada, plus Hindi and English. This is the make-or-break requirement.

A strong phone presence: clear, patient, persuasive with customers.

An ownership mindset and relentless execution.

The ability to figure it out fast, with no playbook.

Grit, and the backbone to seek the truth even when it's inconvenient.

Willingness and ability to work on-site from the Founder's Office, full-time.

Bonus: ops, field-coordination, or customer-support experience, ideally somewhere fast and unstructured.
