Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Source and share daily candidate line-ups.

2. Screen resumes & schedule interviews.

3. Make 40-80 calls in a day.

4. Maintain candidate records.

5. Support hiring activities & collaborate with senior recruiters.

Additional information:A. Internship perks:

1. Stipend: ₹3,000 + Incentives

2. Timings:

HR Interns - Shift hours: 11 AM - 7 PM

Full-time HR - Shift hours: 10 AM - 7 PM

3. Duration: 3 months

4. Internship certificate upon completion.

5. Growth Opportunity: Full-time role based on performance.
