KHA Consultant is hiring Credit Risk Management (Loan Review) professionals for a Big 4 Client in Bengaluru.

Open Positions: Analyst 5+ Years of Experience Manager 14+ Years of Experience

CTC: 40-45 LPA

Location: Bengaluru Industry: US Banking Client: Big 4 Must Have: Strong exposure to the US Banking Industry

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelors/Masters degree in Accounting or Finance B.Com / M.Com / MBA

Banking specialization will be an added advantage

Strong experience in lending, credit analysis & loan review

Excellent understanding of US Banking regulations, rules & lending practices

Strong knowledge of Business Banking & Commercial Loan Products

Expertise in commercial lending, agricultural lending, CRE, industrial loans, real estate development & construction lending

Experience reviewing and managing collateral documentation across various loan types

Proven ability to manage multiple projects from scoping to final delivery

Strong people management, performance management & stakeholder management skills

Excellent escalation management and communication abilities

Prior experience working with overseas/global teams is essential

Ideal candidates: Professionals with strong US banking exposure and hands-on experience in Credit Risk, Loan Review, Commercial Lending, Credit Analysis or Banking Risk Management.
