We are looking for a proactive and organised Sales Coordinator to support our sales team, manage customer requirements, and ensure smooth coordination between customers, vendors, and internal departments. Key Responsibilities Coordinate with the sales team for customer enquiries, quotations, and order processing. Prepare and share quotations, proforma invoices, and other sales documents. Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, payments, and delivery schedules. Coordinate with vendors and distributors for product pricing, stock availability, and delivery timelines. Handle customer enquiries related to laptops, desktops, servers, networking products, software, and other IT hardware. Maintain customer databases, sales records, enquiry trackers, and order status reports. Assist the sales team in preparing proposals and meeting sales targets. Coordinate with the accounts and logistics teams for billing, dispatch, and delivery. Ensure timely communication with customers and provide regular order updates. Perform general sales administration and office coordination tasks as required. Required Skills and Qualifications 1–2 years of experience in sales coordination, sales administration, or a similar role. Experience in the IT hardware or IT solutions industry will be an advantage. Good communication and telephone etiquette. Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, email, and basic computer operations. Good follow-up, coordination, and organisational skills. Ability to multitask and manage customer enquiries efficiently. A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a customer-focused approach. Salary and Benefits Monthly Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000.
