In-House Sales Executive – Tiles, Sanitary Ware & Lighting Position: In-House Sales Executive Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹28,000 per month Incentives: Attractive sales-based incentives in addition to salary Working Days: Monday to Saturday Sunday: Weekly Off Job Overview We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused In-House Sales Executive to join our team in the Tiles, Sanitary Ware & Lighting business. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, understanding their requirements, recommending suitable products, and converting enquiries into sales. Key Responsibilities Attend to customers visiting the showroom and understand their requirements. Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and offers. Recommend suitable tiles, sanitary ware, lighting products, and related products. Prepare quotations and follow up with customers. Convert enquiries into sales and achieve monthly sales targets. Maintain good relationships with customers and provide excellent service. Coordinate with the internal team regarding orders, billing, and deliveries. Keep product displays and showroom areas organized. Follow up with prospective customers and generate repeat business. Requirements Good communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-friendly and confident approach. Sales-oriented with the ability to achieve targets. Basic knowledge of tiles, sanitary ware, lighting, or interior products is an advantage. Previous showroom sales experience is preferred. Candidates with a strong interest in sales and customer service are welcome to apply.
