Senior Staff Nurse - Wards

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care in assigned wards as per hospital protocolsMonitor patient condition (vitals, symptoms, progress) and report changes to doctorsAdminister medications, injections, IV fluids as prescribedAssist doctors during rounds, procedures, and emergenciesMaintain accurate patient records and nursing documentationEnsure infection control practices and hygiene standards are followedEducate patients and attendants regarding treatment, medications, and discharge careCoordinate with other departments for tests, procedures, and patient transfersHandle medical equipment safely and ensure proper usageRespond promptly to patient needs and emergency situationsPay: From 27,000.00 per month
