Manager Internal Audit

We are seeking a Manager Internal Audit to join our Finance & Accounts department. This role is pivotal in ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and financial integrity of our operations. The Manager Internal Audit will report directly to the AVP Operations and will be responsible for reviewing financial statements, balance sheets, and related reports. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in internal and financial audits, with a focus on identifying control gaps and recommending improvements.

Key Responsibilities include planning and executing internal audits across various functions, coordinating with external auditors during statutory and regulatory audits, and ensuring timely submissions and closure of observations. The Manager will also be tasked with identifying control weaknesses and process inefficiencies, designing and implementing internal controls, and conducting risk assessments to mitigate financial and operational risks.

The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to strengthen the control environment and maintain accurate, audit-ready working papers. The Manager will prepare audit reports and present key findings to senior management, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess strong Microsoft Excel skills, excellent analytical abilities, and effective written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail and a disciplined approach to deadlines are essential.
