About the job:Key responsibilities:

1.As a Product Consultant, you will work in retail stores and help customers choose the right Acer laptops, tablets, desktops, and accessories. Channelplay is the employer for this project role, working on the Acer India project.

Responsibilities:

Actively approach customers in the store and understand their needs.

Explain product features, benefits, prices, and basic comparisons in simple words.

Give live demos and help customers feel confident before buying.

Push sales in a polite way and support the store team to meet daily targets.

Keep good knowledge of Acer models, offers, and basic computer specifications.

Share customer feedback and competitor activity with your supervisor.

Requirements:

Must have completed 12th grade (high school).

1 to 4 years of in-store sales experience.

Mandatory: prior laptop or personal computer sales experience.

Good spoken English communication skills; ability to speak local language(s) is a plus.
