About the internship:Are you a fluent English and Bengali speaker with a knack for communication? Moople Academy Private Limited is looking for a Telecalling intern to join our dynamic team! As a Telecalling intern, you will have the opportunity to hone your language skills while assisting with customer inquiries and sales calls. Key Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our services

2. Answer incoming calls and address customer queries promptly and professionally

3. Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in MS-Excel

4. Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads and schedule appointments

5. Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to customer needs and offering solutions

6. Meet weekly call quotas and targets set by the team leader

7. Continuously update your knowledge of our services to effectively communicate with customers.
