Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Functional Consultant with over 10 years of experience in the Banking and Financial Services domain. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in business and functional analysis, banking product implementation, and stakeholder management. This role requires prior experience working with a System Integrator (SI), delivering large-scale banking transformation or implementation projects, and successfully implementing banking products for customers. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and technical teams to deliver scalable, customer-focused solutions.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirementsTranslate business needs into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and process flowsAnalyze existing business processes and recommend solutions aligned with customer objectivesLead or support the implementation of banking products as part of digital transformation and modernization initiativesWork closely with customer business teams, product teams, and technical teams to ensure successful solution deliverySupport functional design, configuration validation, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production rollout activitiesAct as the primary liaison between customer business teams, implementation teams, and technical stakeholdersFacilitate workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and functional walkthroughsPrepare and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), user stories, and other project documentationSupport project planning, issue resolution, change management, and implementation activities throughout the project lifecycleRequirements:

10+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant or Business Analyst in the Banking and Financial Services domainMandatory experience working for a System Integrator (SI) on banking transformation or implementation programsProven experience implementing banking products for customers, working closely with business and technology stakeholdersStrong understanding of banking products, banking operations, and financial services processesStrong business analysis, requirements management, and functional solution design skillsExperience with process modelling, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and functional validationAbility to understand technical concepts and collaborate effectively with architecture and engineering teamsExperience working in Agile environments using tools such as JIRA and ConfluenceExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilitiesStrong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skillsShould be flexible to work across different shifts based on business requirements.Compensation: 3,000,[hidden],500,000.00 per year
