The role works to grow the company's revenue by identifying new markets and developing relationships with Homeowners.Key Roles & Responsibilities: To research & analyze existing and new markets in terms of pricing, footfall, quality of supply, competition and other significant factors. To develop and manage relationships with Home Owners & local brokers for a continuous pipeline of relevant villas. To visit the villa & carry out the home acquisition process so as to onboard the home successfully. Conduct & review commercial models & negotiate contracts for deal closures. To work cohesively as a team member & contribute to the target for Homes Acquired per month.Key Requirements & Skills: Proven experience in being Target oriented. Willingness and capability to be on the field to scout and generate leads. Excellent communication skills. Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills.
