About the internship:As an HR intern at Nestavia Home Finance, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, gaining valuable experience in recruitment and talent management. Your role will involve supporting the HR team in various tasks related to employee recruitment, onboarding, and development.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial interviews.

2. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

3. Help with the onboarding process by preparing new hire paperwork and conducting orientation sessions.

4. Support the HR team in organizing training and development programs for employees.

5. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

6. Assist in performance management by tracking and analyzing employee evaluations.

7. Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including preparing reports and presentations.
