Finance & Accounting - Internship

About the internship:We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Finance and Accounting Intern to join Bafna Optics in Mumbai.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Utilize MS Excel and Tally software to manage financial data efficiently.

2. Prepare and analyze financial reports using MS Office tools.

3. Assist in the automation of financial processes to improve efficiency and accuracy, and act as a bridge between business and finance.

4. Support the finance team in budgeting and forecasting activities.

5. Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings.

6. Assist with accounts payable and receivable tasks.

Requirements:

1. Enthusiasm for learning and listening.

2. Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, MBA, CFA, CA/CS, IITs, or NITs. Candidates pursuing any of these qualifications are also eligible.

3. Experience: Previous experience in Finance, Banking, Consulting, or Start-ups. Experience working with start-ups is a plus.

4. Skills: Excel, data analysis tools, PowerPoint, and the ability to leverage AI.
