High-Ticket Sales Closer / Closer (Contract | Commission-Based)

Talavishiraaj Groups is expanding its international sales operations and is seeking experienced High-Ticket Sales Closers to drive global client acquisition.

This is a contractual, commission-based opportunity designed for professionals confident in managing high-value sales cycles and outbound sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure
• Perform outbound outreach and cold calling to potential clients
• Conduct discovery and qualification conversations
• Handle commercial discussions and negotiations
• Drive end-to-end deal closure and client onboarding
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth handover

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of high-ticket sales / closing experience (mandatory)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable with cold calling and outbound sales activities
• Proven closer mindset and revenue orientation
• Ability to work independently in a performance-driven environment

Compensation Structure (USD):

Deals starting from $10,000 → 15% Commission

$100,000 – $999,999 → 10% Commission

$1,000,000+ → 5% Commission

Any deal beginning within the $10K range qualifies under the 15% slab.
