Estimate material, labor, and time costs
Prepare bills of quantities and tender documents
Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors
Monitor project budgets and control ongoing expenses
Value completed site work and process payments
Handle design changes and adjust budget forecasts
Manage commercial risks and resolve contract disputes

Proficiency in estimating software and MS Office
