3. Maintaining a database of customer information and interactions using MS-Excel.

4. Collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to generate leads and convert them into sales.

5. Assisting in developing and implementing telemarketing strategies to achieve sales targets.

6. Providing timely and detailed feedback on customer interactions to the management team.

7. Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and service.
