micro1 is seeking experienced Senior Accountant Experts to contribute specialized accounting knowledge to a customer project focused on training and evaluating next-generation AI systems .

You will apply your professional expertise to review financial and accounting materials, assess complex business scenarios, provide high-quality feedback, and support the development of datasets used for AI training. No prior AI experience is required your accounting expertise and qualified judgment are what matter most.

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate financial reports and statements for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with applicable accounting standards.
• Assess audit procedures and identify gaps, best practices, risks, and relevant regulatory considerations.
• Create and evaluate financial models , ensuring logical structure, accuracy, and actionable outputs.
• Review tax compliance practices and documentation , identifying potential risks and compliance issues.
• Analyze legal and financial documents for clarity, correctness, completeness, and regulatory alignment.
• Provide clear, constructive, and actionable written and verbal feedback on project materials.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams throughout project engagements.
• Support the development and evaluation of AI training datasets using accounting expertise.
• Apply experience with processes such as data labeling, annotation, or model evaluation where applicable.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of corporate-level accounting experience with exposure to complex financial scenarios.
• Strong proficiency in financial reporting and accounting analysis .
• Solid understanding of audit procedures and regulatory considerations .
• Demonstrated experience with financial modeling and financial analysis.
