The role will be responsible for ensuring smoothday-to-day operations, handling client queries, and managing relationships with existingchannel partners. This is an entry-level role, and freshers are welcome to apply.Key Responsibilities• Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.• Handle client queries and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues on time.• Follow up with clients to ensure timely transactions and repayments.• Manage and maintain relationships with existing channel partners.• Coordinate with channel partners for regular business opportunities and follow-ups.• Coordinate with internal teams such as Credit, Operations, Risk, and Finance to ensuresmooth execution.• Maintain accurate records of client and partner interactions.• Ensure timely follow-up on pending documents, transactions, and other requirements.Key Skills & Competencies● Strong client relationship management skills● Excellent verbal and written communication● Good follow-up and coordination skills● Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset● Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities● Understanding of lending, working capital, fintech, or financial services is preferred● Good analytical and reporting skills● Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets● Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
