Relationship Manager - Home Loans

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in housing finance and a proven track record in sales, particularly in the home loan and loan against property sectors. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, and providing tailored solutions to help them achieve their home ownership goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their home loan requirements and financial objectives.
• Actively promote and sell home loan products, including Loan Against Property (LAP), to potential customers.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve branch sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the loan application process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for clients.
• Prepare and present loan proposals to clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely processing and approval of loan applications.
