Team Lead - Record to Report

We are seeking a skilled Team Lead for our Record to Report (R2R) process to oversee and manage the financial reporting and accounting functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general ledger accounting, journal entries, and monthly close processes. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for guiding a team of finance professionals, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Record to Report team, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Oversee the preparation and review of journal entries and general ledger reconciliations.
• Coordinate the monthly close process, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded accurately.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and enhance reporting accuracy.
• Provide training and support to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies.

Required Skills:
