About the internship:Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Manage and grow Raynova Energy's presence on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile.

2. Create engaging social media posts, reels, banners, and short videos related to solar energy.

3. Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to generate quality leads.

4. Improve Google Business Profile visibility and encourage genuine customer reviews.

5. Run and optimize Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.

6. Write blogs, captions, email campaigns, and marketing content focused on solar solutions.

7. Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics and prepare weekly reports.

8. Research competitors and identify new digital marketing opportunities.

9. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up of digital leads.

10. Assist in creating marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and customer case studies.

11. Optimize and regularly update the company website for a better user experience and SEO.

12. Stipend Structure:

Fixed pay: ₹ 5,000 - 8,000 /month

Incentive pay: ₹ 2,000 - 20,000 /month

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of ₹ 240000 to 360000/year
